Who operates Hearken

Hearken is operated by LOGAXP LTD, Nigeria. This notice covers information used to provide Hearken accounts, church preparation tools and account verification. Contact us at [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.

Information we use

We process the name, email address, phone number, country and church information you provide; account and permission records; and materials, messages and assignments you or your church submit. We also process device connections, service activity, payment-provider references and technical records needed to operate and protect Hearken. Payment details entered at a payment provider are handled by that provider.

Phone verification and SMS consent

When you select the SMS consent box and request a code, we use your number to send a Hearken account verification text. We retain the consent wording, its version, your phone number and the time of your request as evidence of consent. Codes expire after ten minutes; verification records also support retry limits and abuse prevention.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any broader sharing of information. We disclose the information needed to deliver verification messages only to service providers supporting that delivery, including Twilio for supported international destinations and Termii for Nigeria.

How information is used and disclosed

We use information to provide and secure accounts, manage church access, deliver preparation materials, coordinate teams, process billing and answer support requests. Authorized church members can see information according to their access. Hosting, storage, authentication, email, messaging and payment providers process information needed for their services. Optional integrations receive or supply information when your church connects them. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud or protect the service; the SMS marketing-sharing exclusion above continues to apply.

Storage, retention and your choices

Service providers may process information outside your country. We retain information for account operation, church records, security, consent evidence and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and purpose; deletion requests may require retaining limited records for those purposes. Downloaded church materials can remain on church-controlled computers, including while offline.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your information through the contact above. Your church administrator manages church membership and shared materials. For US/Canada verification texts, reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help; reply START to the same number to resume. You may also contact support. Stopping SMS may prevent completion of a new phone verification.

Security and updates

We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no service can promise absolute security. Protect your password and verification codes. We may update this notice as Hearken changes and will show the effective date on this page.
