Using Hearken

Hearken is provided by LOGAXP LTD, Nigeria, for church service preparation, team coordination and presentation. Use accurate account information, protect your credentials and access only churches and materials you are authorized to use. Your church controls its membership, permissions and published materials.

Hearken account verification texts

By actively selecting the SMS consent box and requesting a code, you agree to receive Hearken account verification messages at the number you provide. You must own that number or be authorized to use it. Each accepted code request sends a verification message; frequency varies with your requests, including retries. This program does not send marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply.

For US/Canada texts, reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or START to resume after opting out. You can contact [email protected] for assistance, including if you cannot receive SMS. Online signup currently requires phone verification. Consent does not enroll you in advertising and is not a condition of purchasing a paid plan.

Codes expire after ten minutes. Delivery depends on the messaging provider and your carrier; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not share verification codes. If you did not request one, ignore it and contact support if messages continue.

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data and text messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information and delivery providers.

Church materials and responsible operation

You retain your rights in submitted materials and authorize Hearken to store, process and deliver them for the features you use. Ensure you have permission to use songs, images, recordings and other content. Do not upload unlawful content, misuse other people’s information or attempt to bypass access controls. Operators remain responsible for reviewing projected content and checking automated scripture suggestions.

Plans and availability

Any paid plan’s price, limits and billing interval are shown before checkout. Test checkout is not a live purchase. Service availability can depend on networks, third-party providers and maintenance. Keep appropriate local copies and rehearse your church’s presentation workflow.

Contact [email protected] about account access, messaging or these terms. We may update these terms as the service changes; the effective date is displayed above. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
